Nolan's Special Day at Preschool - May 20

He got to hold the alphabet verse poster for the song (You may have guessed it was "J" day).

Show and tell- Bob and Scoop from Bob the Builder

He just loves the teachers, and the attention on "his" day. He also got to lead the bathroom and playground line ups, get "magic" from the teacher, and loved having me there as duty parent. I, on the other hand, helped with extra bathroom breaks with a variety of small boys (all I have to say is watch your shoes), vacuum, and mop, and take out the garbage. It was fun and totally worth cancelling a clinic for. (Mike and I both like to do it and take turns). I love seeing how respectful the kids are of the one child getting extra attention on their day- they are just so cute about it, and they know their turn will come. nolan does check now and again in case it is his day again - hopeful, but he sort of gets that it doesn't happen that often.

This photo posting extravaganza (see previous posts) brought to you by insomnia. it's 5, sun is rising, and I am finally a bit sleepy. Better go have a lie down before it is time to get up, which is pretty soon anyway.

He'll be graduating to Powerpoint within weeks. What a natural!

Hope everyone is well.
